MAISONNIAL APARTMENT

Cusago, MI, Italy

2012

The client wanted a solution that would fit daily needs and also needed to exploit the apartment's attic, so the building was structurally renovated.

The staircase is totally suspended and anchored at both ends. This structure is of fundamental importance since it winds up to the first floor.

The double height ceilings do not hinder the untroubled dialogue between the two floors, allowing both the house and the people who reside in it to live fully and in a completely comfortable way.
