SEGO HOTEL

Medjugorje, Bosnia Herzegovina

2010 - 2015

The hotel's silhouette was determined by the narrow and long shape of the piece of land it lies on, situated in Medjugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The reception, the stairwells, the restaurant and the shop are all located on the ground floor. The whole building extends towards the north side to accommodate the rooms and to give a feeling of suspension. The façade is characterized by full height windows and the floors are made out of a different material.

Between one window and another a local stone will be placed so as to define the modular and overall slenderness rigour of the building.
